Glühwein


This is the most delicious version of Glühwein ( Mulled wine) that I've ever made! You can choose to use either the Pumpkin Spice for a subtle spiced warmth, the Winter Spice for a more in depth spice flavour or the Sugar & Spice for the added spiced sweetness.


Try using the Partie de Moi Artisan Seasonings Spice range with other drinks like Cider, Port, Whiskey, Cranberry juice and hot chocolate!


I used the Sugar & Spice, you can easily use a fine mesh empty teabag or just put the spice in the saucepan but there will be some spice residue. As usual, modify the recipes to your own tastes.


You will need:


  • Red wine ( or drink of choice)

  • Partie de Moi spice of choice, 1 tablespoon should be enough

  • Clementines to taste

  • Sweetner to taste (I used honey)


  1. Put the red wine in a saucepan and heat up but don't let boil!

  2. Add your spice blend of choice.

  3. Squeeze in the juice of 2 Clementines, you can always add more or less.

  4. Serve warm, cut up some of the Clementine and add slivers to the drink.
