Les Crêpes De Madame Tiggy-Winkle

A traditional recipe from Brussels!


  • 110g plain flour

  • Pinch of salt

  • Tsp of Artisan Pumpkin Spice or the Festive Edition

  • 200ml milk

  • 75ml water

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp melted butter


Put 110g plain flour in a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of Artisan Pumpkin Spice Blend or the Festive Edition.

In a jug measure out 200ml of milk, 75ml water and beat 2 eggs into it.

Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix again. There you go!

This recipe makes around 7-9 crepes.
