This recipe comes from Lidl, but of course it is tweaked the pumpkin spice way!
75g butter, melted
125g plain flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
125g caster sugar
1 large free range egg
100g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon of Artisan Pumpkin Spice Blend
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease and line a 6” square tin with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into the tin.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely and divide into squares. Et voila!!!
