Jam & French Toast

Ingredients:

  • Large mug of berries, this recipe uses blueberries

  • 50mls water

  • 1/2 tsp of Artisan Festive Edition

  • Use sugar or sweetener to taste. This recipe uses tbsp of erythritol

  • Tsp chia seeds


Method:

Gently simmer berries, 50ml water, 1/2 tsp of Artisan Festive Edition and sweetener for around 5 minutes, Squash some of the berries.


Add a teaspoon of chia seeds. They are a natural thickener.

Stir all together and take off the heat. Set aside to cool and use as you would with jam!!


You could also try this recipe with blackberries as the seeds give it an extra crunch.


Make 90 second keto bread in the microwave, slice in two, toast, then spread the jam on top. Or put a tablespoon into greek yoghurt which is also delicious!!
