Pumpkin pie - 5 ingredient easy version

I made this recently for a family gathering and it was unanimous...... DELICIOUS! Would you believe that I only used 5 ingredients too?!


You will need:

1 can of pumpkin purée

1 can of condensed milk

2 eggs

1 heaped tablespoon of Partie de Moi Artisan Pumpkin Spice

Ready made pie crust


That's it!


Pre-heat the oven to 180⁰.


Mix together the pumpkin purée, milk, Artisan Pumpkin Spice and eggs.


Pour into the pie crust. If there is any extra mixture I always have spare little pie crusts I can put it into and bake.


I cover the pumpkin pies with foil to stop the pre-cooked pie crusts from burning.


They should take between 30 and 45 minutes, check with a skewer as the middle should be cooked through.


I served mine with pumpkin spiced whipped cream and added a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract.


This honestly couldn't be easier!!!
