Spiced Banana Pancakes

This is a great recipe for breakfast or a snack with minimal ingredients!


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • Handful of oats

  • Tsp of Artisan Pumpkin Spice Blend


Method:

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a blender.


Heat frying pan on a low heat as they can burn easily, Use a little butter to cook them in. Put small dollops of the mixture in and flip over after about a minute. They cook that quick!!!


Baby pumpkins really enjoy these with a dollop of yoghurt and a few crushed blueberries.
