Mini Fruit Tart

Remember the stewed fruit from a few recipes back? Make that or defrost some if you had any left over!


Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheet

  • Knob of butter

  • Stewed fruit

  • Whipping cream

  • Either spice blend


Method:

Use a pizza cutter to cut the pastry into small squares that could fit into a muffin tin.


Put a little bit of butter spread around into the muffin tin, then a pastry square and a dollop of the fruit.

Pinch together the corners and pop into the oven for around 15 mins. Delicious!


You could also top with spiced whipped cream using either spice blend.
