Ultimate versatile Garlic
Oven roasted garlic gives the most delicious concentrated, caramelised, rich and incredibly versatile end product by using Omi Seasoning makes it really luxurious and decadent!
Keep in a airtight container in the fridge for up to a week and use: as a substitute to 'lazy garlic', in marinades, in stir frys, on potatoes, on a cheeseboard, on toast, mixed with crème fraîche as a dip and anything that you would use garlic in or on!
You will need:
As many bulbs of garlic as you want
Oil of your preference
Cut just the tips of the bulb off.
Place on small piece of tinfoil.
Pour over some oil.
Sprinkle of Omi Seasoning
Wrap up and pop on a oven tray for around 30 mins or until the garlic is slightly browned and you can pop the cloves out if the skin easily.
This is so handy to make when the oven is already on for something as you can pop the tinfoil wrapped bulbs at the bottom of the oven on a baking tray at the same time.
