Partie De Moi was founded on the North Coast of Ireland in 2020, drawing on inspirations from its beautiful coastline and also from my time of growing up in Brussels.

Partie de Moi is French for 'part of me', which is what I would like to give to every customer, a flavour of the incredible flavours I grew up with. It is all about creating Artisan and unique taste sensations to spice up your everyday dishes.
